Against the backdrop of severe environmental protection challenges faced by the pharmaceutical industry, Tenzon Environment successfully implemented an efficient VOCs treatment project for a large-scale chemical synthesis pharmaceutical enterprise. The client's production process generated a significant amount of exhaust gases containing complex components such as acetone, benzene series compounds, and alcohols, with large air volumes and significant concentration fluctuations, posing a serious threat to the atmospheric environment.

In response to the client's specific operating conditions, Tenzon Environment customized a comprehensive solution integrating multi-level safety protection, efficient scrubber pretreatment, RTO (Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer) thermal incineration, and secondary scrubber purification. During the system design, special emphasis was placed on enhancing the safety and corrosion resistance of the RTO system. By introducing a sealed collection system, condensation recovery unit, and high-precision concentration monitoring and control technology, the exhaust gas concentration was effectively balanced, sulfur and chlorine corrosion issues during the combustion process were avoided, and the long-term stable operation of the RTO was ensured.
After the implementation of the project, not only was the VOCs emission concentration significantly reduced to meet strict environmental standards, but also through material selection and process control, operating costs were greatly reduced, and energy efficiency was improved. Tenzon Environment provides on-site operation training and daily inspection training to ensure the efficient operation of the system and effectively prevent potential safety hazards. Adopting a project manager responsibility system, equipped with dedicated safety personnel, installation personnel are required to hold relevant certificates and strictly follow SOP operating procedures. After successful installation and debugging, proper departure cleanup is conducted.
