Wet dust removal • Originated from European purification technology
technical principle
—Wet dust removal achieves the purpose of removing particulates by interacting liquid with particulates in the exhaust gas. When the exhaust gas enters the dust collector, it encounters sprayed or sprinkled liquid, and the particulates collide with the liquid droplets and become wetted. Due to the inertia of the particulates, they collide with the liquid droplets and are captured. Smaller particulates are adsorbed onto the surface of the water droplets through diffusion, forming larger particles that are easier to capture. At the same time, the liquid droplets also form a liquid film on the surface of the particulates, causing the particulates to coalesce together and increasing the efficiency of capture.
—Wet dust removal is superior to filter cartridge filtration methods when dealing with viscous, oily, and wet dust/soot, as well as oil mist/water mist/paint mist containing a high concentration of impurity particles, because it does not become clogged and can be reused after back-blowing and dust removal. Additionally, wet dust removal stands out in terms of fire and explosion prevention, which is evident.、
—The core processes of wet dust removal are: gas-solid-liquid aggregation and adsorption (spraying) and gas-liquid-solid separation (demisting). Among them, spraying methods include Venturi, self-excitation (spiral excitation and rectangular excitation), swirling flow, and packing; while demisting methods include swirling flow, zigzagging, packing, and filtration.
—Tenzon's mature and innovative wet dust removal technology and equipment, targeting most types of dust, can achieve unblocked spraying and demisting paths while ensuring dust removal standards are met. This ensures constant and stable dust removal airflow and effectiveness, with nearly zero maintenance required. It is safe, reliable, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly. In many cases, adding a secondary dust removal supplement can achieve indoor emissions after dust removal.
