Technical Consultation

For your needs in industrial dust removal and waste gas treatment, Tenzon can provide you with technical consultation and solutions, as well as further equipment selection and quotation.

The composition, characteristics, temperature, and humidity of dust or waste gas, the production process, the rate of pollutant generation, workshop conditions, as well as your requirements and government regulatory standards, are all factors that must be comprehensively considered in designing a proper industrial dust removal and waste gas treatment system. This requires both advanced technology and extensive experience, which we happen to possess.

If needed, we can visit you on site to understand your requirements and conduct a detailed survey of the location.

We commit to designing suitable smoke capture hoods for you, determining the correct exhaust air volume, selecting the appropriate purification equipment, achieving good treatment results, and adding value to your enterprise.

After-sales Service

Tenzon promises to provide you with lifetime spare parts and after-sales maintenance services for the systems sold.

For your service requests, we will respond in a short period of time; for common issues, we will first communicate and resolve them via phone, fax, or email; if unresolved, we will dispatch service personnel to the site as soon as possible to restore the normal operation of the equipment; if it is a major issue requiring the replacement of main components, we will complete the repair and replacement within a reasonable number of days.

We provide a 12-month warranty period, starting from the date of system delivery and use. During the warranty period, for equipment failures caused by non-human factors and non-force majeure factors, we will provide free maintenance services; if caused by human error or incorrect operation, after providing timely maintenance services, we will only charge material and service costs as appropriate.

After the warranty period, if you need, we can sign a service contract to provide regular maintenance and upkeep for your equipment and systems.

Installation and Commissioning

Tenzon adheres to the concept of factory prefabrication, providing well-detailed design and factory production for the systems offered. Before leaving the factory, the equipment must undergo preliminary debugging and testing, and components must be pre-assembled. This significantly shortens the on-site installation period, ensures installation quality, and minimizes the impact on customers.

Before shipment, we will notify you of the estimated arrival time of the goods and discuss the unloading method and subsequent installation arrangements with you.

We have experienced installation engineers and teams who can ensure high-quality engineering installation and meet system performance goals. Additionally, they will abide by your corporate management regulations and prioritize construction safety.

After the completion of engineering installation, our professional commissioning engineers will start up and commission the entire system, set control parameters, conduct system air volume balancing adjustments, and perform related inspections.

Upon delivery, we will provide training on operation and maintenance to the relevant personnel of the client to ensure correct use and maintenance, thereby maximizing the value of the system.

Inspection and Monitoring

During the technical consultation and proposal phase, Tenzon can conduct a detailed survey of the client's site as needed to obtain actual parameters such as pollutant composition, generation rate, temperature, and concentration, providing a basis for correct equipment selection and treatment plans.

TENZON conducts finished product testing on all equipment before shipment to check whether indicators such as air volume, pressure, and noise comply with design and finalized standards.

After the equipment and goods are delivered to the site for installation, a full system commissioning will be conducted to set control parameters, adjust air volume balance, and detect the final performance indicators such as system air volume, pressure, temperature, and purification efficiency. Furthermore, if required by the client, we can provide an indoor and outdoor emission pollutant residual concentration testing report (at an additional cost).

Apart from the requirements of the aforementioned engineering projects, we can also provide such testing services separately to our clients.

Airflow Simulation

In the field of ventilation and dust removal, airflow simulation methods mainly include computer simulation and physical model simulation. The former has been widely used due to its convenience and accuracy.

During the new product research and development stage, Tenzon conducts airflow simulations on key structures such as cyclonic separation chambers, air outlets, and air ducts, and designs and optimizes the airflow organization inside the product. This improves the rationalization of the design, resulting in superior product performance, and significantly shortens the new product development time, effectively reducing the cost of new product testing.

During the scheme design and detailed design stages, we also frequently conduct airflow simulations for special smoke and dust capture hoods, indoor ventilation methods, etc., to verify and optimize the airflow organization, ensuring good results in pollutant capture or indoor ventilation after the actual installation of the project.
