In today's booming rubber industry, Tenzon Environment has successfully assisted a large tire manufacturing enterprise in achieving a green upgrade in exhaust gas treatment through its innovative technology and customized solutions. With an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of rubber compounds, the customer faced challenges in treating a large amount of low-concentration sulfur-containing malodorous exhaust gas generated during processes such as rubber cement preparation, rubber mixing, and vulcanization.

In response to this challenge, Tenzon Environment tailored its approach to the situation and adopted an advanced combination of molecular sieve rotors and thermal oxidation technology, effectively addressing the complexity and difficulty of treating the exhaust gas. This technology combination not only achieved a purification efficiency of over 95%, ensuring that the emission concentration was far below the 1.5 mg/m³ required by the "Emission Standard of Pollutants for Rubber Products Industry," but also demonstrated excellent performance in malodorous gas treatment, with a treatment efficiency far exceeding the industry standard of 80%.
Tenzon Environment also customized an efficient enclosed collection system for the client, covering key emission sources such as the feeding port, mixing mill, and vulcanizing machine, reducing exhaust gas leakage from the source and further enhancing the overall treatment effect. After the implementation of the project, it not only significantly improved the plant environment and enhanced the corporate image but also laid a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the enterprise.
Tenzon Environment customizes suitable flue gas capture hoods for you, determining the correct air volume, systems, and equipment that are known for their correctness, constant efficiency, energy savings, and low maintenance. The explosion-proof design meets GB 50058 and GB15577 standards, and the environmental emissions meet industry standards, assisting enterprises in passing environmental acceptance inspections and safety evaluations.
