Customer Background & Requirements (Introduction to Customer Needs):

This metal heat treatment company's heat treatment workshop currently has 3 box furnace heat treatment lines, including 5 multi-purpose furnaces (with 1 reserved interface), 4 tempering furnaces, and 2 air-cooled stations. Exhaust gas capture and treatment are required for these facilities.

The heat treatment exhaust gas contains various oil fumes, inorganic and organic substances, metal oxide impurities, and certain acidic oxide fumes. The smoke and dust particles are fine, and the flue gas temperature within the duct ranges from 50°C to 200°C, posing certain hazards and impacts on the workshop environment and workers' health. Therefore, the addition of corresponding environmental protection facilities and treatment processes is urgent.
